Wheat is a staple food for human and thus World trade in wheat is greater than the trade of all the grains combined. India is one of the largest producers of wheat. It is the second largest cereal produced in the world, just after maize and has very high protein and carbohydrate content. It can be easily stored for long periods while the nutritious value remains intact.

Wheat is used in the making of flour for leavened, flat and steamed breads; cookies, cakes, breakfast cereal, pasta, juice, noodles etc.

The Full Fat Soya Flour (Untoasted) is enzyme active Soya Flour which is made from clean, sound and healthy Non GMO Organic Soya beans, by cracking, de hulling, toasting and grinding them. The coarser particles are separated by air classification which gives as a result free flowing pale yellow powder of high quality.

Used for Protein Fortification in Various Food Ranges like Bakery Products viz. White Pan Breads, Pizza, Pastries, Hamburger & Hotdog Buns, Weaning Foods, Sausages, Extruded Products and Soya Based Dairy Products such as Tofu, Soy Dips, Soy Cheese, Soy Milk, Soy Yogurt and Soy Salad Dressings.

Our Full Fat Untoasted Organic Soya Flour is processed in hygienic environment as per food safety guidelines it is high protein, high oil and high NSI product.

Qualiy Specifications

We have state of the art facility for manufacturing Organic Extruded Full Fat Soybean.

The process starts with collection of organic soybean seed from our contract farmers.

This farmer grade soybean comes to our factory which goes into our extensive soybean cleaning and grading unit. We use pre cleaner & fine cleaner (Grader), high quality de-stoner and magnetic separator, spiral separators, gravity separators and at the end it further goes through unique “Hand Picking System”.

These clean soybean seed is then crushed into optimum size and then extruded to cook soybean, unlock oil cells, increase digestibility, regulate parameters such as urease activity, trypsin, KOH, etc. The output is full fat extruded organic soybean meal with 18-19% oil content.

INDIAN ORGANIC NON GMO EXTRUDED SOYABEAN MEAL, (yellow soybean meal) Produced from Organic Soybean are grown without the use of conventional pesticides and artificial fertilizers, Genuine, Pure, free from contamination by human or industrial waste.

We strictly adhere to the norms of certifying bodies such as NOCA, ECO CERT, LACON, ONE CERT ASIA etc.

Extruded Full Fat Organic soybean meal offered by us is used as livestock / poultry / cattle feed raw material and is free from insect, visible / invisible fungus infestation and from any sort of musty odour.
